Statutory right of withdrawal

Aurora commercial guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Aurora offers an extended commercial guarantee of 90 days from the day you receive your product.

Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

— in its original, undamaged packaging

For hygiene and health reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal is expressly excluded from the right to a refund, in accordance with applicable European regulations.
