Welcome to Aurora! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aurora. Aurora operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services"). Aurora is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the "Terms of Service"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your rights, including disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, using or interacting with our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and your billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

The packaging, design and appearance of the product you receive may differ from the images displayed. Such differences do not constitute a product defect and do not entitle you to a refund.

Our products are designed for personal use. Results with the Aurora™ 3-in-1 PRO may vary depending on age, foot shape, the severity of the condition, footwear and how consistently the product is used. We do not guarantee identical results for all users.

Aurora is not responsible for any discomfort or skin reaction resulting from use that does not follow the instructions, or from individual sensitivity. We recommend starting with short wearing periods and increasing them gradually.

Important health notice: the Aurora™ 3-in-1 PRO is a comfort and toe-alignment support accessory and does not replace professional medical care. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, open wounds, numbness, severe pain or a significant foot deformity, please consult a doctor or podiatrist before use. Aurora is not responsible for decisions made without medical advice.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. The packaging may not carry the Aurora name or logo.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Aurora reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is only considered accepted once Aurora has confirmed it in writing.

In accordance with applicable European regulations, customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give any reason.

Aurora also offers an extended commercial guarantee of 90 days from the day you receive your product.

To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, the product must be:

• unopened
• unused
• in its original, undamaged packaging

For hygiene and health reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal is expressly excluded from the right of return, in accordance with applicable European health regulations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To submit a return request, please contact our customer support team at contact@get-aurora.shop within 90 days of receiving your product, including your order number.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are shipped from our partners' warehouses, which may be located outside your country or outside the European Union. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from order confirmation. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs formalities or any event beyond our control. The risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Aurora cannot be held liable for them.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos and audio content, are the exclusive property of Aurora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you the right to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify or publicly display any material available through the Services without our prior written consent.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the intellectual property rights of Aurora or any third party, or in any way that could harm Aurora or other users.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

SECTION 9 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY AURORA, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM.
